Today, I’m interviewing my friend Mostafa Hosseini. He is talking about follow-up. If you are a business owner, if you’re in sales, if you’re in pretty much any kind of business — you work for one or you own your own business, this will be a helpful conversation. Mostafa is talking about the psychology of selling and the importance of follow-up. I love this conversation, so many breakthroughs. Mostafa shares with us his insight:
- “Hey? What’s going on? What’s happening in your life? What’s going on with business? Are you happy with the products and services that we are providing? Again, depending on the portion of the list that we’re calling. And then we always ask for a referral. That’s the last question. ‘John, who do you know that is having problems with their follow up? Who do you know that is having problems with their mortgage? Who do you know that is having problem with their neck or back? Right? And then, we always ask for a referral. If you ask that question every three or four months, you’re like training and educating your audience to refer to you, and you’re reminding them every three or four months. So you’re creating a referral machine…”
