“When I ended up at Stanford and became known as the queen of “Touchy Feely” I thought this is what I was put on the planet to do. I was put on the planet to create opportunities for people to learn how to connect.” – Carole Robin
It touched me deeply to have the opportunity to speak with Carole Robin about the lessons behind the legendary Stanford Business School course called “Interpersonal Dynamics or Touchy Feely” for short.
They found this course to be one of their most powerful and requested courses. Listening to Carole share some of the lessons and examples of what they were teaching and the impact that this work has made in others’ lives is incredible and I’m sure you’ll want to dive into the book after learning more. Enjoy…
Carole Robin Ph.D. was the Dorothy J. King Lecturer in Leadership and Director of the Arbuckle Leadership Fellows Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business before co-founding Leaders in Tech, which brings the principles and process of her legendary Stanford course known as “Touchy Feely” to executives in Silicon Valley.
