Breathwork Practice with Leisa

Today Leisa is walking you through a 30 minute practice of breathwork.  This practice is very important right now as people are unconsciously engaged in shallow breathing as a result of COVID which can cause stress and dis-“ease” in the body.

Breathwork refers to any type of breathing exercises and can be used to improve mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. During this breathwork practice you will be intentionally change your breathing pattern to deeper your mindfulness and release tension and stress in the body.
